This announcement is to inform you that on the 4th September 2021 at 00:00 - 01:00am (BST) we will be updating myHostonic with a fresh new interface.

The interface will reflect a more personalised and modern feel - with a flat look.   The update is one we've had planned since launching Hostonic, our main website (Hostonic.co.uk) will be updated, after myHostonic.

During the design update - the myHostonic portal will be temporarily unavailable for roughly 1 Hour (estimated) whilst we perform the update and add new files. This means the following will be temporarily unavailable are:

1) myHostonic Client Portal.

2) Checkout and Purchasing of New Services

3) Site Builder login

4) Paying Invoices and Billing.

Please also be aware that our Support team will also be temporarily unable to answer any of the following queries:

1) Support, Billing, Invoicing and other Tickets.

2) Billing and Invoicing issues.

3) Account Enquiries.

and some other enquiries too.



We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you, however please be assured this will have no impact on your Website or any other Hosting service we offer and the downtime to myHostonic will be minimal.    If you have an invoice which is due between the date and time of the update, your website will not be impacted/suspended whilst the update is carried out.
