Hello,

We are writing to inform you have an important change to our Payment Gateway Providers.     With the rising cost of bills, services and other suppliers, we have reviewed the Payment Providers we use, and can confirm we will be discontinuing use of PayPal.

After careful consideration, we've decided to no longer provide PayPal as a payment method, effective immediately.
We understand this may cause some minor inconveniences, however PayPal currently charge the highest fee of 25% on all transactions, compared to other providers such as Stripe, which only charge 1-10% on all transactions.

Clients who currently have a Subscription setup with PayPal, then you'll need to cancel this by logging into your PayPal account.   Your service will not be renewed via PayPal if you forget to cancel the Subscription, you'll receive an email if this the case.

You'll also need to setup a new payment method upon renewal or a new purchase of any service.      You can manage your Payment Methods by clicking here (https://myhostonic.co.uk/account/paymentmethods).


We may review this decision in the future, or if PayPal decrease their transaction fees.   However, as we wave goodbye to PayPal, we will be introducing 2Checkout as a new Payment Provider and will be ready to use from 2nd December 2022.
