We are writing to inform you of an upcoming price increase to your cPanel Shared and/or Reseller Hosting service with us.

From 1st January 2023, your existing cPanel Shared Hosting and/or Reseller Hosting package pricing will be increasing as shown in the table below.

Should you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan to a higher or smaller number of cPanel Accounts or change your billing cycle from monthly to annually to take advantage of the annual discount; you can do so within the client area or by opening a support ticket with us.

To give some context to the price increases, cPanel, along with our other 3rd party providers, bills us in US Dollars (USD) – and the exchange rate has worsened considerably in the last six months – and furthermore, cPanel has increased it’s account costs by 25%. Data centre hosting costs have also increased significantly, with power costs increasing by some 70%. Along with other supplier increases, the cost of providing a Reseller account has increased significantly.

We have always tried to give strong discounts when purchasing any of our products but, with these changing market conditions, then we have been forced to reduce the discount on some of our cPanel Shared and cPanel Reseller Hosting account packages.

We appreciate that there is never a good time to announce an increase in pricing, however, we must adjust our pricing accordingly in the face of rising costs from our suppliers; to maintain our uncompromising high standards. We are fully committed to providing the best performance, experience and reliability in the reseller hosting industry.

IMPORTANT FOR PAYPAL USERS: If you subscribe to our services with PayPal, you will need to update your subscription to ensure the correct amount is sent to us by PayPal.

You will need to cancel your existing PayPal Subscription, swap your Payment Method to Credit/Debit Card, or re-subscribe via PayPal once your next invoice is generated on or after 1st January 2023. If you fail to update your subscription or add a valid Credit/Debit Card, you will be required to make a manual payment to avoid suspension.

To change your Payment Method, you can change this under ‘Edit Account Details’ using the ‘Payment Method’ dropdown – and to set up your debit/credit card, choose the ‘Payment Methods’ tab and then click ‘Add New Credit Card’.
